Fruit silicone rubber band
silicone rubber bandare made from extruded rubber tubing. After vulcanization, the soft rubber tubing is placed on rods and cured in heat chambers. It is then cut, washed, dried, and the rubber bands are packaged for customer use.
In the production process, a small amount of rubber is lost due to trimming, so more is made than is actually needed in each mix. This leftover rubber tubing is kept as remnants for future use.
The majority of colored rubber band requests received are processed from this rubber leftover tubing. As tubing is available for immediate use, remnant orders are usually processed in 1-5 business days. As this inventory constantly rotates, color availably changes day-to-day and our ability to fulfill requests will vary.
